Tammy joined the team in June of 2006. Her primary responsibilities focus on Human Resources, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Travel Coordination and Contract Specialist. Along with these responsibilities she also assists with customer service, preparing quotes, and managing day to day operations.

Tammy lives in Harford County, MD with her husband and two beautiful daughters.

David joined the team in January of 2026. His primary responsibilities focus on assisting our partners with security system design with advanced cyber security measures...think Zero Trust.

David lives in Charlottesville, VA with his wife and two beautiful daughters. In his spare time he's making records and counting online spins!

Rick has been with the team since 2004.  He is the inside sales support engineer; responsible for helping customers with system design, technical questions, sales support, specification translation and producing quotes in a timely fashion.

Growing up in an “Air Force Family”, Rick has lived in many states along the east coast of the U.S. In his spare time, he spends a lot of time outdoors, snowboarding, kayaking, fishing, camping and canoeing year round.

Brad joined the team in February of 2019. His primary responsibilities focus on designing and demonstrating security solutions including video surveillance, network connectivity, security furniture, and more.

Tom co-founded Midlantic Marketing in 1993. He helps customers with system design, quotes, equipment demonstrations, shows, training sessions and technical questions. Prior to Midlantic Marketing, Tom was with two systems integrators for five years.

Tom graduated from Bloomsburg University in 1988 with a B.S. in Marketing and minor in Economics. At Bloomsburg University he played football for two years until he hurt his knee. He grew up in Pottstown, PA and went to Owen J. Roberts High School where he graduated in 1984.

Tom lives in Wilmington, DE and is married with two children. He works around the house on weekends and is a target shooting enthusiast.

Matt joined the team in June of 2005 after careers in retail and paramedicine.

Matt lives in Towson, MD. He spends free time on his bike in the summer or skiing in the winter. He does a decent job of hitting golf balls into the woods and water features as well. He is a Life Member, former EMS Chief, former firefighter, and former Paramedic at Abingdon Fire Company in Harford, County, MD. Matt is also a former adjunct faculty member at the Community College of Baltimore County for their Paramedic Program. He is also a former member of the National Ski Patrol having patrolled at both Snowshoe in WV and Whitetail in PA for 30 years.

Gina has been with the team since February 1999.  Her responsibilities as Office Manager include customer service, preparing quotes, and managing day to day operations. 

Gina was born and raised in South Georgia.  Gina lives in Forest Hill MD with her husband and their two children.  She is also a big Baltimore Ravens fan.

Kevin joined the team in 2021. His primary responsibilities focus on technical services within the Professional Services team. Kevin programs systems for pre-installation projects through post-installation follow-up and assists with end user operator training.

Steve has been in the security industry since 1983 when he started as an apprentice in the manufacturers’ representative industry. He met his former business partner, Nick Hoyt, many years ago in Cub Scouts and have been best friends since. They grew up through Boy Scouts together, earning many merit badges, ranks, and spending many days camping, hiking, and canoeing.  In 1995, Steve and Nick established Chesapeake Marketing Associates.  Later in his career he partnered with Tom Fontana and Nick Hoyt to establish Midlantic Marketing as it is known today.

Steve lives in Abingdon Maryland where he is a member (Past Chief) of the local volunteer fire company (www.abingdonfc.com).
