Tammy joined the team in June of 2006. Her primary responsibilities focus on Human Resources, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Travel Coordination and Contract Specialist. Along with these responsibilities she also assists with customer service, preparing quotes, and managing day to day operations.

Tammy lives in Harford County, MD with her husband and two beautiful daughters. In her spare time she is either volunteering at her local fire company or relaxing by the pool.

Rick joined the team in March of 2021 following a long and successful career with security distributors and integrators. He possess an uncanny ability to simplify the most technical discussion, allowing everyone in the conversation to understand a concept related to a security design project.

Rick has been with the team since 2004. He is the inside sales support engineer; responsible for helping customers with system design, technical questions, sales support, specification translation and producing quotes in a timely fashion.

Growing up in an “Air Force Family”, Rick has lived in many states along the east coast of the U.S. In his spare time, he spends a lot of time outdoors, snowboarding, kayaking, fishing, camping and canoeing year round.

Ari has been with MidChes since the fall of 2017, focusing on intrusion detection technology and security system integration. He does site surveys, system design, technician training, and end user training in Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and So. New Jersey.

Ari first started installing security systems in the New York City area in the 1990's. Since then, he has been the sales manager for B&H Photo’s video surveillance division and written about intrusion detection for security website IPVM.

He lives in Baltimore with his wife and four children, where he enjoys cooking barbecue.

Tom co-founded Midlantic Marketing in the 1990's. He helps customers with system design, quotes, equipment demonstrations, shows, training sessions and technical questions. Prior to Midlantic Marketing, Tom was with two systems integrators for five years.

Tom graduated from Bloomsburg University in 1988 with a B.S. in Marketing and minor in Economics. At Bloomsburg University he played football for two years until he hurt his knee. He grew up in Pottstown, PA and went to Owen J. Roberts High School where he graduated in 1984.

Tom lives in Wilmington, DE and is married with two children. He helps coach baseball and on the weekends works around the house, and also enjoys target shooting and paint ball.

Matt joined the team in June of 2005 after careers in retail and paramedicine.

Matt lives in Towson, MD and spends free time volunteering as a member of the National Ski Patrol at Whitetail Resort in Mercersburg, PA. He is a former EMS Chief and Paramedic at Abingdon Fire Company in Harford, County, MD and former adjunct faculty at CCBC for their Paramedic Program.

Steve has been in the security industry since 1983 when he started as an apprentice in the manufacturers’ representative industry. He met his former business partner, Nick Hoyt, many years ago in Cub Scouts and have been best friends since. They grew up through Boy Scouts together, earning many merit badges, ranks, and spending many days camping, hiking, and canoeing. In 1995 Steve and Nick established Chesapeake Marketing Associates. Later in his career he partnered with Tom Fontana and Nick Hoyt to establish Midlantic Marketing as it is known today.

Steve lives in Abingdon Maryland where he is a member (Past Chief) of the local volunteer fire company (www.abingdonfc.com), and the local technical rescue team in Harford County (www.harfordtrt.org).
