Regional Field Sales Representative: Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and Delaware

We are seeking a high energy, people-oriented individual to join our technical field sales team in Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and Delaware.
This individual will be responsible for managing the sales channel activity for the Bosch Security Systems portfolio as well as Comnet Communication Networks, Winsted, and our other leading products. See complete line card here: http://midches.com/about/product-lines/
The selected individual will be expected to achieve the regional sales plan and keep regional expenses within budget. Provide necessary support to end users, distributors, and integration partners to achieve assigned territory sales goals and maximize total sales while maintaining margin expectations. Provide Sales Support for customers in the form of training assistance, special quotations, project design and specific customer requirements to achieve the sales goals. Assist in new product business expansion by identifying opportunities and working with internal team members to support these efforts. Identify and develop new sales channels for all products. Support efforts at the specifier, consultant, and engineer level. Provide same day response for customer issues. Be a key team player with the entire Chesapeake and Midlantic Marketing sales team which also represents security manufacturers in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC. Promote all products, and train on the benefits of such solutions through events like road shows, trade shows, customer directed training and other programs. Provide sales and customer information and trends to the various key personnel on the team. Generate and complete all required reports on a timely basis. Regular regional overnight travel and some overnight travel to national trade shows and meetings is required.

The compensation package for this position includes a vehicle expense reimbursement, health care coverage participation, commission plan, retirement plan, and negotiable salary based on experience, education, and other criteria.
